Getting Started

How to use Stream Studio Camera in OBS or Zoom.

You will first need to download NDI Virtual Camera

1. Visit the NDI Tools Website: Open your web browser and navigate to the official NDI Tools download page at NDI Tools Download Page.

2. Select Your Operating System: Choose the appropriate version for your operating system (Windows or macOS).

3. Download the Installer: Click on the download link to start downloading the installer file for NDI Tools.

4. Run the Installer: Once the download is complete, locate the installer file (usually in your Downloads folder) and double-click it to run the installer.

5. Follow the Installation Instructions: The installation wizard will guide you through the process. Accept the license agreement, choose the installation location, select the components you wish to install (ensure NDI Virtual Input is selected), and click “Install.” Once the installation is complete, click “Finish.”

2. Start Stream Studio NDI Camera

The button, will become red, and the camera will be available within NDI Virtual Input Software

2. Selecting an NDI Camera in the Application

1. Launch NDI Virtual Input: After installation, launch the NDI Virtual Input application. You can usually find it in your Start menu (Windows) or Applications folder (macOS).

2. Access the System Tray/Menu Bar: On Windows, the NDI Virtual Input icon will appear in the system tray (bottom-right corner of the screen). On macOS, it will appear in the menu bar (top-right corner of the screen).

3. Select Your NDI Source: Click on the NDI Virtual Input icon to open the menu. You will see a list of available NDI sources on your network. Select the NDI camera source you wish to use. This could be a camera feed from another device running an NDI-compatible application or an NDI camera app on your smartphone.

Then your Camera is available as webcam in your meetings apps
